Pyrenees Hideout Festival is an all ages event. Children under 12 years old are free.
Gates open at 12pm and entertainment starts from 12:30pm. Full lineup and set times will be available closer to the event date.
Gates close 10pm.
Venue Information:
Goldfields Recreation Reserve is an open air venue situated near the centre of Beaufort, Victoria in regional Western Victoria.
Beaufort is situated approximately:
- 30 minutes from Ballarat, Avoca and Ararat
- 1hr from Halls Gap, Maryborough, Stawell, Daylesford
- 1hr 30 mins from Castlemaine, Horsham, Bendigo, Geelong
- 2 hours from Melbourne

Shuttle Buses:
Make the most out of your day and ditch the driving. Shuttle Bus services will be running from key regional centres including Ballarat, Avoca and Ararat. Tickets will be available for purchase along with event tickets via our ticketing page. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
We encourage you to get your ticket early as once buses reach capacity, we will not be able to accommodate additional sales on the day.
Camping, Campervans & Accommodation:
We have been working hard to secure camping and van/campervan accommodation close to the event.

Parking:
There will be limited parking available at the Goldfields Recreation Reserve and will reach capacity early. Additional parking is available in nearby streets. Carpool where ever possible. We ask that you are respectful of our neighbours and obey any street signs and restrictions.
Ticket Policy:
This is a non-refundable event and will go ahead regardless of rain, hail or shine. Refunds and exchanges are not available and the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Before You Arrive:
If you have the following symptoms however mild, you must not enter the venue: fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose and loss of sense or smell or taste.
Conditions of Entry:
All bags and personal belongings must be presented to security staff upon entry for inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated or entry to the venue will be refused.
You are responsible for the security of your own belongings.
No pass outs will be available for this event.
What can I bring:
- Picnic Rug
- Camp chairs
- All chairs must be placed on top of a rug – to avoid damage to the grass.
- Ideally low chairs. Normal chairs accepted to the back and side of the viewing area.
- Empty water bottles (water is available onsite free of charge)
- Snack foods
- Rain poncho
- Personal umbrellas and parasols
What I can’t bring: (items strictly prohibited)
- Alcohol and all non-alcoholic beverages
- Cheese knives, metal cutlery etc
- Glass cups, bottles or glass of any type
- Shade structures, tents & beach umbrellas
- Animals (registered assistance animals are permitted)
- Bicycles, scooters etc
- Illicit substances
- Dangerous or inappropriate items (e.g. weapons, fireworks)
- Professional cameras and video equipment

Disability Access:
Pyrenees Hideout is committed to supporting inclusion and diversity for all festival goers. Disability parking will be available a short distance from the venue’s entry. Reserved disability viewing areas will be available at ground level in the venue for disabled patrons and their carers.
This venue is a grassed field and is subject to uneven and difficult surfaces and is open to the elements which can significantly influence the terrain. Please carefully consider your mobility needs.
Only guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance animals (an animal that has been trained to assist a person to alleviate the effect of their disability) are allowed onto the festival site
Primary Carers and Companions of People with Disabilities will be admitted free of charge when accompanying a ticket holder on provision of a Companion Card or equivalent. If you have a carer attending the festival and have a companion card, please contact tickets@pyreneeshideout.com.au with an image of the companion card attached.
Accessible facilities will be available onsite.
